What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept pretty much everything – cash, PayNow, PayLah!, Nets, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay and even CDC vouchers!
Do you provide consultations?
Yes! Our consultations are free – think of it as hair advice without the bill shock.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred stylist – but walk-ins are welcome too, if you’re feeling spontaneious!
How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment with us through WhatsApp, phone call, or social media pages. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes, you may choose your stylist, subject to their availability. First come, first glam!
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
“Of course! Please give us at least 24 hours’ heads-up and we’ll work with you to find a better time – your hair won’t mind the reschedule. We understand that things come up!

How long does a service take?
“It depends on the service and your hair, but we make sure every minute is worth it – from a quick trim to a full makeover, we’ve got you covered!
As a general guide:
Haircut: approximately 30-45 minutes
Colour or perm services: approximately 2-4 hours
Your stylist will be able to give you a more accurate time estimate during your consultation. Don’t worry – we promise to make every minute count and our hair worth the wait!”
Do you sell hair products?
Yes! From shampoos to styling essentials, we’ve got products that make your hair happy long after you leave the salon.
Do you have a private Muslimah area?
We have a more secluded corner in the salon for clients who prefer extra privacy. Please note that it is not fully enclosed, but it offers a more comfortable and discreet space, not visible from the public view outside the salon.

A keratin treatment is a professional hair smoothing treatment that infuses your hair with keratin protein. It helps reduce frizz, adds shine, and makes hair smoother, more manageable, and healthier-looking. The results can last up to 3 months with proper care.
What is Botox Treament for hair?
Botox treatment is a deep conditioning treatment that nourishes, repairs, and restores damaged hair. It helps reduce frizz, adds shine, and makes hair smoother, softer, and healthier-looking. The results can last from 1 to 3 months with proper care.
What is the difference between Keratin and Hair Botox treatments?
Keratin treatment focuses on smoothing and strengthening hair by infusing it with keratin protein, reducing frizz and making hair more manageable. Hair Botox, on the other hand, is a deep conditioning treatment that repairs damage, nourishes hair, and restores softness and shine. In short: Keratin smooths, Hair Botox repairs and rejuvenates.
